Hi, I’m Kat!
Born in Vietnam and raised in France, my earliest food memories include savory Breton crêpes alongside Cơm tấm, Phở, pasta and Vietnamese egg rolls. In my twenties I returned to Vietnam, where I opened a steak-and-hotpot restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City. That experience taught me the basics of owning and operating a restaurant, hospitality and how to cook for people who truly love food.
Now in Texas and following my dreams, I continue finding ways to blend flavors—combining street-style warmth with a crisp, aesthetic look. I lean into what I know: European depth, Asian soul, and a touch of Mediterranean influence. Each dish I make reflects where I’ve been and what I’ve learned.
